Our Story

Founded in 2005, JAM Investments Group specializes in real estate investment, property management, and creative financing solutions. We began with the goal of building a robust investment portfolio and have since grown into a trusted partner for investors at every stage of their journey.

 

Our investment experience is broad and diverse. Our first purchase was a duplex with a large workshop on the back of the property, which we converted into a 2-bedroom apartment—creating additional income and maximizing the property’s value and return on investment. We acquired a condo at a HUD auction, held it for seven years, and sold it for more than four times the purchase price. In another project, we flipped a foreclosed property that had sat vacant for three years after the owner passed away, turning it for quick cash. Over the years, we’ve purchased properties across the U.S., from frustrated owners looking to offload problem properties to auctions and foreclosures. We’ve dealt with owner-financed deals, condos, multi-units, and single-family homes—if it had potential, we bought it!

 

We also bring extensive hands-on experience in property management. We’ve managed properties both locally and remotely, navigating the complexities that come with diverse tenant situations. Our tenants have ranged from W2 employees to self-employed individuals, some working under the table for cash or even running businesses from their rental. We’ve handled everything from tenants with great credit to those with no credit, including Section 8 renters, non-payers, evictions, lockouts, trash-outs, and property rehabs. No matter the challenge, we’ve seen it all and know how to turn difficulties into opportunities.

 

We have worked in the mortgage industry for banks, independent mortgage companies, and brokers. Through these experiences, we saw firsthand how “inside the box” lending parameters often disqualify capable people from achieving their investment dreams. These limitations inspired our passion for creative financing solutions. We enjoy the challenge of structuring “out of the box” deals for real estate investors looking to start or grow their portfolios. Figuring out how to make a deal happen—and being able to say YES—is what drives us.
